Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Provide vital signs and monitor patient condition, reporting changes.
• Assist with feeding and hydration as needed.
• Under supervision of licensed nurses, assist with medications and treatments.
• Foster a positive, respectful environment and promote dignity.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation per regulatory requirements.
