Job summary

Haven Place in Jersey Shore, PA, is seeking a dedicated CNA to join our team of caregivers in a premier residential, long-term, rehabilitation and subacute care setting. You will provide high-quality assistance to our patients and residents, supporting their physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being with compassion and respect.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, monitoring condition, aiding with feeding, and performing tasks under licensed nurses' supervision

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in the state of Pennsylvania.
• 3 to 11 months of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
• Ability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and respectful approach to patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients and residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide vital signs and monitor patient condition, reporting any changes to nursing staff.
• Assist with feeding and hydration, as needed.
• Perform tasks under the supervision of licensed nurses, such as administering medications and performing treatments.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
