Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Keep resident rooms clean and organized.
• Monitor vital signs and promptly report changes to nursing staff.
• Safely transfer residents using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
• Offer emotional support and companionship.
• Maintain accurate and confidential care records.
