Qualifications
- Must be a certified nursing assistant.
- Enrolled in a state-approved CNA training program.
- Able to stand for long periods, bend, and lift.
- Compassionate and patient with residents.
Responsibilities
- Observe and report changes in residents’ health status to the Charge Nurse on an ongoing basis.
- Provide assistance with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, skin care).
- Follow instructions and complete records under supervision.
- Document all care given and observations made.
- Follow Magnolia Health Systems guidelines in patient care.
