Magnolia Health Systems is seeking Certified Nurse Assistants to join The Belmont Health and Rehabilitation in Columbus, Indiana. The role supports residents with daily living activities under nurse supervision and requires compassionate, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Must be certified as a CNA or enrolled in a State-recognized CNA training program.
• Patience and tact when dealing with residents and their families.
• Good emotional health with ability to stand, bend and perform light-to-moderate lifting.

Responsabilités

• Observe and report changes in residents’ health status to the Charge Nurse.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, oral care, skin care).
• Follow care plans and document care tasks under supervision.
• Document all care and observations accurately in records.
• Follow Magnolia Health Systems guidelines for patient care.
