Job summary

Priority Management Group, LLC is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant at College Park Rehabilitation and Care Center in Weatherford, TX. The CNA will assist residents with daily needs, hygiene, feeding, mobility, and routine activities in accordance with standards and regulations.

You will work under licensed nurses, maintaining dignity and comfort, documenting care, and supporting care plans. A valid CNA certification and high school diploma are required or preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have valid CNA certification in good standing.
• High School graduate preferred.
• Ability to provide direct resident care according to standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide residents’ personal hygiene and daily living assistance.
• Assist with meals, mobility, and daily activity.
• Support transfers, positioning, and safety for residents.
• Document care and monitor vital signs as directed.
• Follow infection control guidelines and keep resident information confidential.
• Assist with care plans and participate in shift handoffs.
