Qualifications

• Current, active Nursing Assistant certification from the state where the facility operates.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a nursing team and under licensed nursing staff.
• Customer service oriented with the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Perform direct resident care duties under supervision of licensed nurses.
• Assist with ADLs and promote a compassionate environment per policy.
• Record vital signs, weights, intake/output, and meal consumption.
• Turn and position residents; assist with transfers and mobility.
• Support resident rights, maintain housekeeping standards, and respond to calls.
