Formación

• Must hold a current Nursing Assistant Certification from the State of Texas.
• Ability to accurately record information and perform basic clinical tasks.
• Demonstrates clear communication, self-discipline and patience.
• Cares genuinely for the elderly and disabled while upholding patient rights.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personal care including grooming, bathing, pericare and dressing.
• Maintain resident environment, change linens and stock supplies.
• Support mobility with safe ambulation and transfers.
• Record vitals, weights, intake/output and meal consumption.
• Assist with positioning and range of motion exercises.
• Engage residents and provide reality orientation as directed.
