Qualifications

• Must hold current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing.
• No history of patient/resident abuse as per State Registry.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and following oral and written instructions.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent follow-through, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Team player with good cooperation and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrates patience, tact, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude towards residents and their support networks.

Responsibilities

• Assists residents with daily bathing, grooming, and personal care.
• Observes and reports changes in residents' condition to supervisor.
• Records all necessary charting entries and responds to emergencies calmly.
• Answers all call lights promptly and assists as needed.
• Reports accidents or injuries immediately to supervisor.
