Qualifications

• Active CNA certification (Louisiana) or certification in state of employment.
• CPR Certification (Preferred).
• Strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitors supply inventory; cleans and returns instruments/equipment.
• Maintains resident stability by checking vital signs and weight; records I&O.
• Provides resident comfort; responds to call lights; reports observations to nursing supervisor.
• Documents actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
• Protects privacy and dignity by keeping patient information confidential; HIPAA compliance.
• Adheres to professional standards, company policies and procedures, and applicable laws.
• Maintains a safe environment for patients.
• Clinical management of patient.
