Job summary

Clarion Nursing and Rehab in Clarion, PA is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join a compassionate interdisciplinary team. You will provide direct patient care under supervision of licensed nurses, assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding while promoting residents’ comfort and independence.

Other duties include monitoring vital signs, reporting changes, maintaining infection control, and helping develop personalized care plans with the team.

Qualifications

• CNA certification required.
• Experience with resident care in long-term or short-stay settings preferred.
• Ability to work under supervision of licensed nurses.
