Responsibilities

• Properly using and maintaining facility equipment.
• Keeping residents' rooms neat, organized, and clutter-free.
• Ensuring residents receive appropriate diets and supporting their participation in activities.
• Responding promptly to residents' needs and concerns, including call lights.
• Respecting residents' privacy and providing care as directed by care plans and nursing staff.
• Supporting residents' comfort and helping them achieve their highest level of functioning.
• Participating in data collection for accurate documentation and care planning.
• Providing input to nurses for developing individualized care plans.

Education
