Job summary

Chatham Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Nursing Assistant to provide direct care to residents in a skilled nursing facility. You will support residents' physical needs, comfort, and offer emotional and social support under the care plan and supervision.

Shifts include 7:00a-7:00p and 7:00p-7:00a with wages of $19.00-$22.00 per hour. The facility offers flexible pay options, PTO, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth through loan/forgiveness programs.

Qualifications

• Current registry as Nursing Assistant in good standing.
• High school diploma or GED or active high school enrollment; GED guidance provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents in a skilled nursing facility per the care plan and supervisor instructions.
• Assist with residents' physical needs, comfort, emotional and social support, and maintain infection control policies.
