Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, grooming, medication monitoring, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans while maintaining accurate records and clear communication with families.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in Washington state.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition clients safely.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
