Job summary

Qualifications

• Possess a CNA certification in the state of employment.
• Ability to obtain CPR/BLS card.

Responsibilities

• Follow individualized care plans and communicate changes to the care team.
• Assist residents with grooming, bathing, oral hygiene, feeding, toileting, and transfers.
• Maintain skin integrity through turning, positioning, and moisturizers.
• Protect residents' personal belongings and report missing items per policy.
• Take vital signs, document care, and use proper body mechanics.
• Follow safety and infection control procedures.
• Communicate with residents, families, and staff.
