Job summary

Nextaff is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) in Dubuque, IA. CNAs will provide direct patient care, support nursing staff, and ensure a safe environment for patients. Minimum requirements include an active CNA certification, at least 6 months of recent experience, and in-person BLS certification. Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in good standing.
• Minimum of 6 months recent CNA experience.
• Willing to obtain a recent TB test and work physical.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living.
• Take and record vital signs accurately.
• Report any changes in patient condition to nursing staff.
• Support mobility and safe patient transfers.
• Maintain a clean and safe patient environment.
