CommuniCare Belmont Healthcare Center in Belmont, West Virginia is actively recruiting a Part-Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our caring nursing team. You will participate in resident care, report handoffs, and support daily living activities in a patient-centered environment.

The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or GED and be a graduate of an approved Nurse Aide Training Program.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Nurse Aide Training Program required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in and receive resident reports at start/end of shift.
• Provide personal/nursing care in accordance with resident care plan.
• Facilitate and conduct activities.
• Monitor & respond to resident requests in a dignified and respectful manner.
• Maintain a clean and pleasant environment for residents.
• Maintain resident documentation for activities of daily living and programs.
