Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Graduate of an approved Nurse Aide Training Program.
• Must have West Virginia CNA certification.

Responsibilities

• Participate in resident reports at shift start/end.
• Provide personal/nursing care per care plan.
• Facilitate activities and assist residents.
• Respond to resident needs with dignity and respect.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment for residents.
• Assist with activities inside and outside the center.
