Job summary

Adroit Care Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in Rahway, New Jersey, is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our compassionate team. All shifts are available, with a pay range of $19–$22 per hour, and a commitment to resident well-being and dignity.

The CNA will provide personalized care, promote safety, document changes, and collaborate with nurses to support residents’ comfort and quality of life in a warm, home-like environment.

Qualifications

• Active CNA license in New Jersey.
• A passion for delivering compassionate, respectful care.

Responsibilities

• Providing Personal Care: assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, and meals.
• Promoting Comfort & Safety: monitoring residents’ well-being and responding to changes.
• Fostering Connections: building relationships with residents and families.
• Maintaining Cleanliness: keeping rooms and common areas clean and sanitary.
• Accurate Documentation: recording and reporting changes in residents’ conditions.
• Collaborating with the Team: working with nurses and staff to deliver holistic care.
• Enhancing Quality of Life: engaging residents in activities supporting physical, emotional, social well-being.
