Solaris HealthCare Charlotte Harbor is hiring a Full-Time Activities CNA to provide compassionate care for residents at our 180-bed Skilled Nursing & Rehab Facility in Port Charlotte, FL. The role requires a Florida AHCA background screening and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Formación

• Must hold CNA certification by the state.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience preferred, not required.

Responsabilidades

• Assisting residents with ADLs and coordinating with the team to ensure appropriate resident care.
• Assisting at meals.
• Following infection control and center policies.
• Measuring and recording heights and weights, temperatures, pulses, respirations and blood pressures as instructed.
• Reporting all changes in residents’ condition to supervisor as soon as practical.
