Job summary

Sumter East Health & Rehabilitation Center is seeking motivated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team in Sumter, SC. We have Full-time, Part-time and PRN shifts available for in-person work.

CNAs will attend to residents' needs, take vital signs, assist with mobility, and communicate changes to nursing staff. CPR certification and state CNA certification are required. We look forward to meeting you soon!

Qualifications

• CPR certification is required.
• At least one year of CNA experience in a nursing home setting preferred.
• Must possess and maintain current state CNA certification.

Responsibilities

• Attend to residents' needs including bathing, feeding, dressing, and ambulating.
• Take and record vital signs and assist with lifting and transporting residents.
• Report changes in resident conditions to the nurse manager.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, peers and supervisors.
• Assist nurses with duties as directed.
