Job summary

Aspire Senior Living Roaring River is seeking compassionate and dependable CNAs to join our nursing team. You will provide essential hands-on care to residents under supervision, assisting with daily living activities, promoting comfort and independence.

As a CNA, you'll observe resident conditions, report changes promptly, and help create a safe, dignified environment. This role offers meaningful relationships and opportunities to grow within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of employment required.
• Completion of a state-approved Nurse Aide Training Program as required.
• Previous experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, senior living, or healthcare preferred, but not required where applicable.
• Compassionate and respectful approach to caring for older adults.
• Dependable with a strong commitment to resident care and safety.
• Ability to recognize and promptly report changes in resident condition.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize responsibilities and manage time effectively.
• Ability to work independently while also being a dependable member of the nursing team.
• Understanding of basic infection prevention and resident-safety practices.
• Commitment to protecting resident rights, dignity, privacy, and confidentiality.
