Job summary

Yamato Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our care team. You will provide direct resident care, assist with activities of daily living, monitor health indicators, and support a safe, compassionate environment.

The ideal candidate holds a Florida CNA license, has 2+ years in long-term care, and brings patience, empathy, and teamwork. This full-time role offers day to night shifts with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

Must hold a valid Florida CNA license.
Minimum 2 years in long-term care or related setting preferred.
Ability to stay patient, cheerful, and enthusiastic with residents.

Responsibilities

Serve as residents' main caregiver and assist with activities of daily living.
Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding and mobility needs.
Monitor weight, vitals, and input/output to maintain patient stability.
Communicate observations of changes to the nursing team.
Assist nurses and other staff with procedures and treatments as needed.
Keep resident rooms and living areas clean, comfortable, and safe.
Provide companionship and social interaction to support emotional well-being.
Adhere to infection control protocols and safety guidelines.
