Job summary

Monroe Health & Rehab Center is seeking a compassionate Nursing Assistant to provide safe, person-centered care in a skilled nursing facility. You will assist with daily living activities, support residents' emotional well-being, and follow care plans under supervision.

We offer up to $22.25/hour with $2.00 evening and $1.00 night shift differentials, a $7,500 sign-on bonus paid quarterly, and flexible pay options including on-demand or weekly pay, plus a strong benefits package and career

Qualifications

• Current registry of certification to work as a Nursing Assistant in good standing within the applicable laws of the state.
• Must possess a high school diploma or GED or be actively enrolled in a high school program.
• We can provide guidance and resources to help you earn your GED.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents per care plan and supervisor instructions.
• Follow health, sanitary and infection control policies and standards.
