Monroe Health & Rehab Center in Bon Air, VA, is seeking a Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate, hands-on care in a skilled nursing facility. You will support residents emotionally and physically, following the care plan and policies set by the center.

The role offers full- or part-time opportunities with wage range $21.00–$25.00 per hour and on-demand or weekly pay options, plus a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for education and career growth.

Formación

• Current registry of certification to work as a Nursing Assistant in good standing.
• High school diploma or GED or actively enrolled in a high school program. GED guidance may be provided.

Responsabilidades

• Provide a safe environment and attend to residents' physical needs and comfort in a SNF setting.
• Perform direct care as assigned per the care plan and supervisor direction.
• Follow health, sanitary and infection control policies and nursing procedures.
