Job summary

Monroe Health & Rehab Center in the United States is seeking a compassionate nursing assistant for a skilled nursing facility. You will provide direct care, support residents emotionally and physically, and follow each resident's care plan as directed by the supervisor.

We offer substantial student loan repayment up to $50,000 and a $10,000 stipend for new hires meeting eligibility. Flexible pay options, PTO, and career growth opportunities are available. Shifts include 3:00 PM–11:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in the state you work
• High school diploma or GED or actively enrolled in a program
• New grads and nursing students welcome

Responsibilities

• Provide safe environment and emotional/social support to residents
• Attend to residents' physical needs per care plan and supervisor directions
• Follow health, sanitary and infection control policies
