Job summary

The Brentwood Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents. Full-time and PRN opportunities with reliable shifts from 7 am to 3 pm and additional evening options are available.

You will work under licensed staff to support daily living activities, dignity, and safety. Benefits include tuition reimbursement, health/dental plans, 401(k), and shift differentials.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, active CNA license in the state of employment.
• Valid BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to work with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to high-quality resident care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff in a safe, compassionate, and respectful manner.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and changing linens.
• Provide supportive care to meet residents’ physical and emotional needs.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition or needs to nursing staff promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that promotes dignity and well-being.
