Job summary

Three Springs Nursing & Rehab is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our healthcare team in daily resident care. You will assist with activities of daily living, mobility, meals, and vital signs while maintaining dignity and privacy in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Illinois CNA certification and active status on the Illinois Health Care Worker Registry.
• Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating).
• Provide personal care while maintaining dignity, privacy, and independence.
• Assist with transfers, repositioning, ambulation, and mobility.
• Monitor and report changes to nursing staff; document vital signs and intake/output.
• Respond to call lights promptly and assist with meals and hydration.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment; follow care plans and infection control policies.
• Support fall prevention and resident safety; communicate with the care team.
