Job summary

Brooksby Village by Erickson Senior Living in Peabody, MA is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide person-centered care and support residents with daily living activities on-site.

You will work with a clinical team to implement care plans, assist with daily activities, and help create a comforting, dignified environment while following state regulations and facility policies. Training and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Must have CNA certification for the state you work in.
• Current CPR certification preferred.
• Minimum 1 year CNA/GNA experience is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic computer skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Support residents in daily living with person-centered care.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Implement personal care plans focusing on preferences and routines.
• Provide assistance with resident activities and programs.
• Collaborate with clinical team to address residents' needs promptly.
