Cedar View Rehabilitation is hiring CNAs to provide compassionate, hands-on care in a 106-bed Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care setting. Join a team dedicated to dignity, comfort, and quality of life for residents, under the guidance of licensed staff.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, active, and unencumbered CNA license in MA.
• Valid BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to high-quality resident care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately and consistently.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under supervision of licensed staff.
• Assist residents with ADLs: feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, linens.
• Provide supportive care to meet residents’ physical and emotional needs.
• Observe residents and report changes to nursing staff promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Support nursing staff in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.
