Job summary

Oxford Crossings in Langhorne, PA seeks a dedicated CNA to join our team. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available, with $15-$19/hour plus a $3/hour premium for full-time employees who waive benefits. Daily pay is offered.

The CNA will provide compassionate, hands-on care, support nursing staff, and promote resident dignity and safety. Candidates must hold an active PA CNA license, have BLS/CPR, and demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

Must hold a current, active CNA license in Pennsylvania.
Valid BLS/CPR certification required.
Ability to work with multiple residents in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to resident care.
Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions.

Responsibilities

Provide basic resident care under licensed nursing staff supervision.
Assist residents with daily living activities: feeding, bathing, dressing, mobility, linens.
Provide supportive care to meet residents' physical and emotional needs.
Observe residents and report changes to nursing staff promptly.
Maintain a clean, safe environment promoting dignity and well-being.
Support nursing staff and care team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.
