Sunrise Senior Living is looking for a dedicated CNA to provide direct care in our skilled nursing community. You will support residents’ clinical, personal, nutritional, and restorative needs while following individualized care plans.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, reporting vital signs, and collaborating with licensed nurses on care planning. Strong communication and documentation skills are essential for quality patient care and safety.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification per state regulations.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and documentation skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct, hands-on care based on Individualized Service Plans (ISP).
• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, mobility, dining, and toileting.
• Obtain and report vital signs, intake, and changes in condition.
• Partner with licensed nurses on restorative and care planning programs.
• Maintain accurate documentation and restorative records.
• Respond promptly to resident, family, and visitor concerns.
• Follow infection control, OSHA, and safety guidelines at all times.
