Pineville Rehabilitation & Living Center in Pineville, NC is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct resident care and assist with daily living activities, promoting comfort, dignity, and independence.

Responsibilities include helping with bathing, dressing, feeding, vitals, documentation, and collaborating with nurses. Full-time or part-time options with three shifts; sign-on bonus of $4,000 for full-time. Great team environment with benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina CNA certification is required.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Long-Term Care experience preferred, but not required.
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes to nursing staff.
• Assist residents during meals and encourage proper nutrition and hydration.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Work collaboratively with nurses and the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality resident care.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and positive environment for residents and staff.
