Job summary

Willow Ridge Rehabilitation & Living Center in North Carolina is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for full-time and part-time roles across all shifts. Qualifications

• Current North Carolina CNA certification
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Provide compassionate and respectful personal care
• Assist residents with meals and hydration
• Take and record vital signs as directed
• Observe residents and promptly report changes in condition to the nursing team
• Help maintain a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment
• Work closely with RNs, LPNs, and other members of the care team
• Build positive relationships with residents and their families
