Aviata at Tallahassee is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide direct care in a skilled nursing setting. You will assist residents with daily activities, mobility, hygiene, and meals, while observing health changes and reporting them to the team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Completion of a state-approved CNA certification course.

Responsibilities

• Care for residents with activities of daily living.
• Assist with personal hygiene and mobility.
• Support daily living tasks and housekeeping.
• Provide medication reminders as directed.
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition.
• Conduct rounds to monitor hazards or incidents.
• Escort residents to dining and assist with meals.
• Offer companionship and conversation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
