We’re currently hiring in home Caregivers in Beaverton, Hillsboro, Aloha, Milwaukee, Clackamas, Tigard, Newberg, Wilsonville, Gresham, and throughout Portland! Plus, a competitive pay range of $22-$23 per hour!

COME CHANGE THE WORLD WITH US! As a CNA Caregiver, you’ll provide more than just expertise assisting with daily tasks – you'll extend a hand of companionship and compassion, empowering seniors in your community to live independently and with dignity at home. Your duties could include the following and more, depending on the Client's Service Plan needs:

1. Enhanced personal care assistance such as bathing, grooming, and toileting
2. Medication assistance, reminders, or administration
3. Customer service to Clients
4. Nurse-Delegated duties
5. Dementia or Alzheimer’s care
6. Enhanced caregiving services for critical care level Clients
7. Lifting, transferring, mobility assistance

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

1. Must be at least 18 years old
2. Must be a CNA with prior experience
3. Demonstrate dedication to reliability and compassionate care of Clients
4. Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
5. Ability and willingness to serve Client’s personal care needs
6. Excellent Customer Service skills
7. Experience as a Disability Support Worker (DSP or DSPS), Disability Service Worker (DSW), caring for individuals with disabilities, in an Assisted Living, in a Nursing Home, or providing community care is helpful
8. We will provide all of the additional training, mentorship, and support you need!
9. Caregivers may be expected to travel up to 30 miles one way (up to 60 miles round trip) to client homes.
10. Must have reliable, insured transportation
