Job summary

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED preferred.
• Minimum age 18 preferred.
• Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience preferred.
• Annual continuing education and competency testing as per state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under supervision.
• Take and record vital signs and communicate changes to charge nurse.
• Administer prescribed medications as delegated by a licensed nurse.
• Assist with transfers, range of motion exercises, and activities of daily living.
• Assist with meals, dining, and housekeeping to maintain a safe, clean living area.
