Qualifications

• An active state-required CNA and/or CMA certification.
• A heart for helping others and a desire to grow in healthcare.
• A positive, team-oriented mindset.
• The ability to assist residents with limited mobility, lift/push/pull up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Providing compassionate, resident-centered care with dignity and respect.
• Administering medications accurately, maintaining records, and using an electronic health records system (Yardi).
• Working closely with licensed nursing staff to implement resident care plans and follow protocols.
• Collaborating with a supportive, tight-knit team.
• Building positive relationships with residents, their families, and team members.
