Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care with the health care team and prepare patients for examinations.
• Perform vital signs, height, weight, and screening procedures; document findings in the EMR.
• Collect specimens as required and route them per clinic protocol.
• Maintain infection control standards, PPE use, and equipment sterilization.
• Assist with procedures and examinations following protocols and patient identification.
• Keep examination rooms clean, stocked, and logs up to date.
• Communicate with patients in person and by phone to gather data.
