Job summary

The Residence at Penniman Hill is seeking compassionate CNAs/CHHAs for part-time and per diem roles in Hingham, MA. Shifts include 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm; per diem is 11pm-7am. Wage band is $21.00 - $23.00 per hour based on experience.

Every day you will assist residents with personal care, follow approved care plans, and help with medications per state rules while documenting services and communicating with the nursing team. You’ll also lead engaging activities and support independence.

Qualifications

• Must have completed the CNA course or equivalent training as required by state regulations.
• CPR and First Aid training required by state regulations.
• Experience in direct senior care preferred, especially with dementia care.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Document services in the community tracking system and notify RN of changes.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and monitor health status.
