Allure of Galesburg in Galesburg, IL is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide high-quality care to residents and support their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

You will assist with activities of daily living, monitor health, document care, and maintain resident privacy while following HIPAA guidelines. The role offers shift options and a comprehensive benefits package including health/dental/vision insurance and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Must hold active Illinois CNA certification.
• Long-term care experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English.

• Provide personal care and hygiene support, including ambulation, transfers, and positioning.
• Monitor resident stability, including vital signs and weights, and record intake and output.
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests, and observe residents and report changes in condition to nursing staff.
• Complete required documentation, including forms, reports, and records.
• Maintain resident privacy and dignity, and comply with HIPAA guidelines.
• Participate in ongoing education and training, and perform other duties as assigned.
