The Facility will also be having monthly events for the employees.

Role Overview

Allure is looking for compassionate and caring Nursing Assistants who are interested in making a difference in the lives of our residents and their families. The Nursing Assistant will be responsible for offering quality of life services. The ideal candidate is a compassionate professional with a strong sense of discretion and preferably has previous experience in a long-term care facility. We are looking for employees committed to quality care.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with basic tasks such as eating, dressing, toileting and showering.
• Respond to calls from residents for assistance and alert the nurse of any change in conditions.
• Encourage residents to participate in scheduled activities and maintain physical strength by assisting with tasks.
• Replace linens on beds and assist residents with keeping rooms clean and interacting with residents daily.
• Possess and maintain a current and unrestricted CNA license.
• CPR certification.
• Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
• Skilled nursing facility experience preferred.
• Tuition reimbursement.
