Job summary

Adoration Health, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, seeks a Private Duty Certified Nursing Assistant to join our Memphis team for at-home, patient-centered care. The role provides 1:1 support under RN supervision in a private-duty setting.

Schedule: Part-Time; Nights (Mon-Fri 3:00pm–8:00pm). Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, HSA/FSAs, tuition discounts, 401(k) with company match, mileage reimbursement, generous PTO, and wellness programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record.
• CNA certification or Home Health Aide certification as required by state licensure.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and assist with mobility and daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 patient-centered care under RN supervision.
• Complete proper documentation using HomeCare HomeBase EMR.
• Assist clients with personal care or home management tasks.
• Assist with basic personal hygiene, grooming, feeding, ambulation, and vital health monitoring.
• Support home management tasks including basic housekeeping and errands.

Responsibilities

As a Private Duty Certified Nursing Assistant, You will:

• Provide patient-centered care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
• Complete proper documentation using HomeCare HomeBase EMR
• Assist clients with either personal care or home management tasks
• This would include assistance with basic personal hygiene and grooming, feeding and ambulation, medical monitoring, and other basic health care related tasks
• Home Management includes tasks that include basic housekeeping, shopping and other related housekeeping tasks

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirements are 18 years
• Valid driver's license, with satisfactory driving record, as defined by agency policy
• Certification, if required by state licensure as a CNA or Home Health Care Aide in the state in which the aide is to provide care
• Must be able to utilize proper body mechanics while lifting and may be expected to lift up 75 lbs.; must be able to sit, stand, and walk for periods of time and bend, stoop, push, pull, and reach
