Job summary

Adoration Health in Knoxville, TN is seeking a dedicated Private Duty CNA to join our home care team. You will provide 1:1 patient-centered care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, perform personal care tasks, and help families with daily living activities in the patient’s home.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, stoop, push, pull, and reach.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Complete proper documentation using HomeCare HomeBase EMR.
• Assist clients with personal care or home management tasks.
• Assist with basic personal hygiene, feeding, ambulation, medical monitoring and related tasks.
• Assist with home management tasks including basic housekeeping and errands.

• Pediatric Case
• ADL's
• Tuesday & Wednesday 11:00am - 7:00pm
• Thursday 10:00am - 6:00pm
• Saturday 12:00pm - 6:00pm
• Sunday 10:00am - 3:00pm

• This would include assistance with basic personal hygiene and grooming, feeding and ambulation, medical monitoring, and other basic health care related tasks
• Home M anagement includes tasks that include basic housekeeping, shopping and other related housekeeping tasks

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirements are 18 years
• Valid driver's license, with satisfactory driving record, as defined by agency policy
• Certification, if required by state licensure as a CNA or Home Health Care Aide in the state in which the aide is to provide care
• Must be able to utilize proper body mechanics while lifting and may be expected to lift up 75 lbs.; must be able to sit, stand, and walk for periods of time and bend, stoop, push, pull, and reach
