Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Participate in and receive resident reports at the start/end of shift.
• Provide personal and nursing care according to the resident care plan.
• Facilitate and conduct activities.
• Respond to resident requests and needs respectfully and with dignity.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and pleasant environment for residents.
• Assist in preparing residents for activities and ensure their needs are met promptly and compassionately.
• Perform basic nursing care procedures as required.
• Maintain accurate resident documentation.
• Adhere to departmental, center, and corporate policies, standards, and safety procedures.
• Participate in training and educational programs to maintain certification and improve quality of care.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills

• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• Graduate of an approved Nurse Aide Training Program or eligible to enroll in one, with certification within 120 days of employment.
