• Report changes to Charge Nurse.
• Ensure resident comfort and safety.
• Participate in ongoing training and education.

Responsibilities:

• Provide hands‑on assistance to residents with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, feeding, and toileting.




• Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration rate.




• Communicate any changes in residents' condition or behavior to the Charge Nurse.




• Ensure resident comfort and safety at all times.




• Participate in training and continuing education to stay current in your field.
