QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• Graduate of an approved Nurse Aide Training Program or eligible to enter one, with a goal to graduate and pass the state test within 120 days of employment.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

As a CNA, you will:

• Participate in resident reports at shift start/end.
• Provide personal and nursing care per the resident care plan.
• Facilitate and conduct activities.
• Respond to resident requests respectfully and with dignity.
• Maintain a clean, pleasant environment.
• Prepare residents for activities.
• Ensure all care is respectful and dignified.
• Perform basic nursing procedures.
• Create a safe, comfortable environment.
• Meet resident food service needs promptly.
• Document activities of daily living and other resident records.
• Follow policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Attend training and educational programs to maintain certification.
• Perform other activities as assigned.
