Qualifications & Requirements
  • High school diploma or G.E.D.
  • Graduate of an approved Nurse Aide Training Program or eligible to enter such a program and pass a state test within 120 days of employment.
Job Responsibilities
  • Participate in resident reports at shift start/end
  • Provide personal/nursing care per care plan
  • Assist with activities and monitor resident needs
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment
  • Assist with resident preparations for activities
  • Perform basic nursing procedures
  • Maintain documentation of resident activities
  • Attend training and educational programs
  • Perform additional activities as requested
