Job summary

Dahlia Gardens Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation in Aberdeen, NC is hiring full-time CNAs across multiple shifts. This role provides hands-on resident care, supports daily living activities, and collaborates with a compassionate team to promote dignity and comfort.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting)
• Assist with transferring, lifting, repositioning, ambulating, and transporting residents using proper body mechanics
• Obtain and accurately record vital signs and other required information
• Observe residents and promptly report changes to the nursing team
• Follow individualized care plans and provide care according to resident needs
• Communicate respectfully with residents, families, visitors, coworkers, and supervisors
• Assist nurses and other team members with resident care as directed
• Promote resident dignity, safety, comfort, and independence
• Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment for residents

What You'll Do

As a CNA, you will provide hands‑on care and support to our residents while helping maintain their comfort, dignity, and quality of life. Your responsibilities will include:
