Job summary

Fellowship Village in Basking Ridge, NJ is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join a compassionate team across Skilled Nursing/Sub-Acute, Assisted Living and Memory Care. Various shifts are available with competitive pay, benefits, and growth opportunities.

Requirements include CNA certification in good standing with the NJ Board of Nursing, a drive to excel, and HIPAA knowledge. Experience in memory care or hospice is a plus but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• CNA certification in good standing with NJ Board of Nursing.
• Willingness to grow as a healthcare professional.
• Experience as Nursing Assistant preferred but not required.
• Experience in memory care, hospice, or medical-surgical environments is a plus.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care to post-acute residents.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to supervisor.
• Observe and communicate residents' conditions to the nursing team.
• Assist with meals, feeding, and support residents in ADLs.
• Maintain a hygienic environment.
• Act as a liaison among medical staff, residents, and visitors.
• Aid in moving and repositioning residents as needed.
• Provide compassionate companionship and foster a positive environment.

Every other Weekend Available Shifts

• 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Duties:
